- SJS JApr 23, 20261.0I have only visited this store a few times. Every time I go in I am treated like a criminal. I have only been to this store twice in 2 or 3 years. I always leave feeling offended. As soon as I walk in I am judged. I know they have lots of problems in Oxford Street with shop lifters, but it's a horrible thing when you are a genuine customer and love the jewellery but feel unwelcome. A little leaf fell out of my hair on to the floor, it was a windy day,. Christina the customer assistant had the nerve to ask my daughter to pick up the leaf and put it in the bin. This was absolutely ridiculous. People bring in all kinds of things on there clothes on a windy day. 😳 She was asked to pick it up and put it in the bin. My daughter is an adult. I will never go back into H Samuels again. This was not the first time. Not all people of colour are shoplifters, I walked into the store and the manager told a woman to watch her bag as I came in. I will never come back. My husband brought our wedding rings from this place. Glad we now have new rings brought from a private company who treat me with respect when I walk in to spend my money. Will not be disrespected or treated like shit. If I could put no star I would.
